1940's Crepe everyday lace up "Sheila's CC41" in Stone

1940's Crepe everyday lace up "Sheila's CC41" in Stone
A few sizes are now available in stock, ready to ship within the week.
Our Sheila shoes are reproductions of an original pair with the "CC41" logo from the British Government's Second World War Utility Clothing Scheme.
We call them Sheila's, an ode to my Granny, who lived during the 2nd World War, and was a very practical, no-nonsense lady and so are these shoes.
The genuine crepe sole makes our Sheilas incredibly comfortable, our most comfortable shoes yet (we think!) and with a low stacked leather heel at 2.5cm, they are still elegant and stylish.
They work for 1940's rockabilly vintage looks all the way to 1970's or 1990's everyday style.
These shoes are true to size, and the last is very comfortable. Just choose your usual size.
The leather and manufacture is of the best quality. They are handmade in Portugal and are constructed with the Goodyear welt method with stitched real crepe soles.
No plastic involved, they are sustainable and should last a really long time. The vintage look leather will age beautifully.
With good care, these shoes could last a lifetime. Goodyear welt soles can be endlessly replaced!

Our shoes are true to size in length, but this last is elegant and can come up snug on some people.
When in between sizes, always go for the bigger of the two sizes.
Your feet are…
🦶🏾SLIM: If you have a narrow and petite foot, then your usual size is for you.
🦶🏾 REGULAR: If you have regular to wide feet, always bear in mind that these are vintage reproductions. This last is wide on the toe but can be snug across the arch in these shoes, so if you have a high volume foot or high arch, it may be worth sizing up.
🦶🏾 Extra WIDE: If you have much wider feet, or intend to use any orthotic insoles, we recommend to go up and choose the wide fit.

If you are still unsure, you can send us your foot measurements, and tell us more about the sizes you usually wear so we can advise you.
The best thing to do is to draw an outline of your foot, and then draw a rectangular box around it. If you then give us the measurements of the width and length of your foot we can advise you best that way! See the “step by step” image below.
