These unique boots were made as a sample, in the early days of JO BEAR A true original!
They do not present any imperfections, only the green suede was meant to be a mossier lighter one. They are still a great pair of slightly eccentric boots! They would look great with hand painted golden flowers or brocade design on the suede. Another idea I haven’t had time to do!
One size only available: EU 39
These are made with quite a narrow last, so if you have a slim foot, these are your boots!
Around top of boot at 19 cm from ground up, they measure 23 cm in circumference.
These two tone pointy toe boots are faithful reproductions of an original pair from the late 1800s, early 1900s. The slim last and pointy toe give them a unique look- great for accurate reenactment, costume work or simply for stylishly combining with a modern outfit.
Sewn together with a cork insulation inside.
Goodyear welted leather soles and anti-slip protection
Made with a curved (4,5cm) Louis Heel
Handmade in Portugal
No plastic involved, they are sustainable and should last a really long time. The vintage look leather will age beautifully.
With good care, these boots could last a lifetime. Goodyear welt soles can be endlessly replaced!

Our shoes are true to size in length, but this last is elegant and can come up snug in our regular fit on some people. Our wide fit corresponds to a size up in width, and is very subtle to preserve the look of the shoe.
When in between sizes, always go for the bigger of the two sizes.

🦶🏾SLIM: If you have a narrow and petite foot, then our regular last in your usual size is for you.
🦶🏾 REGULAR: If you have regular to wide feet, always bear in mind that these are vintage reproductions, and can be snug, so a wide could be more comfortable. If you have regular feet but plan to wear these with thicker socks or like to have a bit more room then choose the wide fit.
🦶🏾 WIDE: If you have wide or sensitive feet we recommend to choose the wide fit.
🦶🏾 Extra WIDE: If you have much wider feet, or intend to use any orthotic insoles, we recommend to go up and choose the wide fit.

🦵🏾ORIGINAL EXTRA SLIM CALF : If you consider your ankles and lower calves to be very slender, this is for you. Our shaft measurements in this original fit in size EU39 is 23cm around the top of the boot with the laces at their tightest and go up to a maximum of 31cm with laces at the maximum. Please bear in mind these measurements vary according to the size.
🦵🏾NEW REGULAR CALF: If you have regular to slightly fuller ankles and calves, then this slightly wider calf version should allow for a closer lacing, with less gap. It measures 26cm in a size EU39 around the top of the boot with the laces at their tightest and go up to a maximum of 34cm with laces at the maximum. Please bear in mind these measurements vary according to the size.
🦵🏾EXTRA WIDE CALF: Available upon request only for now. For wider calves, this option measures in a size EU39 28cm around the top of the boot with the laces at their tightest and go up to a maximum of 37cm with laces at the maximum. Please bear in mind these measurements vary according to the size.
