I HAVE CHANGED MY MIND, CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY BOOTS OR SHOES?
Yes, you can, so long as it is within 30 days of receiving your items. Please send us an email about the items you would like to exchange or return at jobearboots@gmail.com.
To be eligible for a return for a refund, your item must be in original, unworn condition and also in its original box. Items returned that are not in original condition will not be eligible for an exchange or full refund. The customer is responsible to pay for postage costs for the return of the items to us purchasable here for returns outside the EU.
In the case of a return from outside of the European Union, we will provide you with shipping labels to make sure the return is imported back to us in the correct manner and will inform you of the cost of the return.
Please note, once an order has been shipped out and sent returned, we only refund the item’s value and not the shipping cost.
Customised orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
