Our shoes are true to size in length, but this last is elegant and can come up snug in our regular fit on some people. Our wide fit corresponds to a size up in width, and is very subtle to preserve the look of the shoe.
When in between sizes, always go for the bigger of the two sizes.
Your feet are…
🦶🏾SLIM: If you have a narrow and petite foot, then our regular last in your usual size is for you.
🦶🏾 REGULAR: If you have regular to wide feet, always bear in mind that these are vintage reproductions, and can be snug, so a wide could be more comfortable. If you have regular feet but plan to wear these with thicker socks or like to have a bit more room then choose the wide fit.
🦶🏾 WIDE: If you have wide or sensitive feet we recommend to choose the wide fit.
🦶🏾 Extra WIDE: If you have much wider feet, or intend to use any orthotic insoles, we recommend to go up and choose the wide fit.

🦵🏾REGULAR CALF : If you consider your ankle and lower calves to be slender to regular, this is for you. Our shaft measurements, in this original fit in size EU38 is 30cm around the fullest part of the calf, with the laces at their tightest and go up to a maximum of 38cm with laces at the maximum. Please bear in mind this goes up a little as you size up above a EU38.
🦵🏾WIDE CALF: (+2cm) If you have slightly fuller ankles and calves, then this new wider calf version should allow for a closer lacing, with less gap. This is still a medium fitting wide, and measures in a size EU 38 is 33 cm around the fullest part of the calf, with the laces at their tightest and go up to a maximum of 40 cm with laces at the maximum. Please bear in mind this goes up a little as you size up above a EU38.
🦵🏾MADE TO MEASURE: A complete redraft of the patterns is possible upon special request. Please get in touch for more information and pricing.

If you are still unsure, you can send us your foot measurements, and tell us more about the sizes you usually wear so we can advise you.
The best thing to do is to draw an outline of your foot, and then draw a rectangular box around it. If you then give us the measurements of the width and length of your foot we can advise you best that way! See the “step by step” image below.
